Список ошибок для Максимы 2002 с re4f04
Как видим, коды "function" самодиагностикой вспышечной не выявляются.
Для локализации проблемы и до того, как колоть и полностью перебирать АКПП, производитель предлагает сделать следующее:
DTC P0732/1104: 2ND GEAR FUNCTION
NOTE: For circuit and terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION and WIRING DIAGRAMS .
NOTE: Test procedure given is for Nissan's CONSULT-II scan tool. When using any other scan tool, follow same procedure. See scan tool manufacturer's instructions.
Circuit Description
DTC is set when transaxle does not shift into 2nd gear when commanded by TCM. TCM monitors actual gear position by checking torque converter slip ratio. Torque converter slip ratio is output shaft revolution
signal, multiplied by engine speed signal from ECM, divided by predetermined gear ratio programmed into TCM. DTC is NOT caused by electrical failure of transaxle circuits, but by mechanical failure.
DTC Confirmation Procedure
1. Connect scan tool. Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, select INPUT SIGNALS in DATA MONITOR mode for A/T.
2. Ensure output voltage of TFT sensor is 0.4-1.5 volts. If voltage is not as specified, drive vehicle to decrease voltage (warm up fluid) or stop engine to increase voltage (cool down fluid).
3. Using scan tool, select 2ND GR FNCTN P0732 of DTC WORK SUPPORT mode for A/T. Press START.
4. Road test vehicle. Accelerate to 28-42 MPH with gearshift lever in "D" position, O/D on. Release accelerator pedal. Ensure scan tool display GEAR shows 3 or 4 after releasing accelerator pedal.
NOTE: Ensure engine DTC is not present if TESTING has not appeared on scan tool after long wait.
5. Accelerate to 28-42 MPH. Depress accelerator pedal fully (WOT) until TESTING changes to STOP VEHICLE or COMPLETE. Test will take about 3 seconds. Ensure scan tool display GEAR shows 2 when depressing accelerator.
6. Stop vehicle. Ensure OK is displayed. Check for normal shifting. See SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE OPERATION table under DESCRIPTION & OPERATION.
Diagnostic Procedure
1. Remove valve body assembly. See TRANSAXLE DISASSEMBLY in appropriate OVERHAUL article. Check operation of shift solenoid valve "B". See SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE "B" under COMPONENT TESTS. Repair or replace solenoid valve assembly as necessary. Go to next step.
2. Disassemble valve body assembly. See VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY under COMPONENT DIASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY in appropriate OVERHAUL article. Ensure valves, sleeve and plug slide along valve bore under their own weight, and are free of burrs, dents and scratches. Ensure
valve body springs are free from damage, deformation and fatigue. Repair valve body as necessary.
After repairs, go to next step.
3. Road test and perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE. If DTC is still present, recheck valve body assembly. Repair or replace as necessary.
